My work combines Windows Server and Active Directory administration, Microsoft 365, virtualization, storage, and backup and recovery. I handle complex technical escalations, lead or support infrastructure migrations, and develop PowerShell tools and runbooks to make administration more consistent.
I work fully remotely, independently balancing infrastructure projects and support needs with clear documentation, client communication, and team handoffs. I also mentor technicians and help users resolve difficult issues.

Built and used PowerShell and Microsoft Graph tooling to migrate 10 Telegram group chats to Microsoft Teams. The workflow included identity mapping, SharePoint attachments, resumable imports, and completion reporting.
Support Google Workspace-to-Microsoft 365 email and file migrations, including authentication, destination mapping, and post-migration link review. Automate shared-mailbox permissions and administrative tasks in Exchange Online.
Administer Windows Server and Active Directory, resolve authentication and replication issues, and lead or support VMware-to-Hyper-V migrations. Work with SAN/NAS storage, Veeam backups, Fortinet firewalls, VPNs, and technical runbooks.

Provide and administer Nextcloud 33.0.3 with Apache, MariaDB, Redis caching/file locking, and a 15 TB NAS-backed filesystem for society members.
Operate OmniRoute as a self-hosted AI gateway with Redis and validated NVIDIA NIM routing, alongside Uptime Kuma and retained observability tooling.
Maintain a Proxmox environment for Linux containers, virtual machines, NAS-backed storage, automation, monitoring, networking, and self-hosted services.
Publish selected self-hosted web services through Cloudflare Tunnel with proxied DNS, HTTPS, HSTS, redirects, and private management interfaces.
Operate TLCTechLab.com on Debian 13 and Nginx with Cloudflare publishing, hardened HTTP headers, a custom 404 page, hosted resume, and verified rollback/deployment checks.
Run Pi-hole FTL 6.6.2 with a local Unbound 1.22.0 recursive resolver for filtering, DNS visibility, and name-resolution troubleshooting.
Built inventory, selective maintenance playbooks, scheduled status checks, timestamped logs, and safe sequential updates for Linux containers.
Deployed and operated a Debian LXC game server using SteamCMD and systemd. Validated simultaneous PC/Xbox play with local and out-of-state players.
Evaluated private AI-assistant deployment, provider integration, Telegram access, automation concepts, and configuration troubleshooting; later archived due to provider and funding constraints.
